AP® Teachers and College Faculty Needed to
Take Part in AP Readings

The AP® Program is now accepting applications for the annual AP Reading to be held in June 2009. The AP Reading is a unique opportunity to meet and work with the more than 10,000 college faculty members and AP teachers who convene to score AP Exams. AP Readers consistently report that the time spent
reading, discussing and evaluating student work alongside other accomplished educators represents the best professional development experience of their teaching careers.

Readers are particularly needed for Chinese Language and Culture, Japanese Language and Culture, and World History, as well as Comparative Government and Politics, Environmental Science, European History, Human Geography, Music Theory, Spanish Language, Spanish Literature, U.S. Government and Politics, and U.S. History. Readers are paid a stipend for their work, provided with housing and meals, and reimbursed for
travel expenses.

Visit apcentral.collegeboard.com/readers for more details. Please refer your colleagues to the Web site so they can apply to be AP Readers.
