New Higher Ed Institutes Outside the US Recognizing AP®

In addition to UniRitter, the following universities have recently joined the more than 600 higher education institutions in 58 countries outside the United States that recognize AP® Exam scores:
- Grant MacEwan College, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada
- Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Kowloon
- Institute of Technology Carlow, Ireland
- Ryerson University, Toronto, Ontario, Canada
- Universidad del Valle de México (Campuses in Aguascalientes, Mexicali, Tuxtla, Torreón, Guadalajara Norte, Guadalajara Sur, Puebla and San Luis Potosí)
- Università Bocconi, Milan, Italy

Eligible universities interested in establishing an AP policy and requesting a Designated Institution (DI) code can visit the AP International Recognition site, or contact the College Board’s International Services office at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. A DI code enables universities to receive directly from the College Board the AP and SAT® scores of students who selected that institution as a recipient.
